Return or exchange periods and costs

You have 15 calendar days from the delivery of your order to request a size/model exchange or a return.

The cost of returning your order to a pickup point is €5, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges with us are free of charge.

We provide a full refund for the returned items, but the original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Returns or exchanges must be delivered to pickup points.

Conditions for returns or exchanges

To process a return or exchange, the items must keep their original packaging, be in perfect condition, and must not have been used.

Products from our outlet section do not accept returns, only model or size exchanges.

Items that have already undergone a previous exchange cannot be returned.

Refund period

Instant refunds will be available immediately during the return or exchange request.

If the selected refund method is not instant, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used to place the order and will be processed within a maximum of 12 days.*

*These time frames may be slightly longer during Sale periods.

Canary Islands and other countries

At the moment, we do not offer a exchange service for other regions.

Returns are possible by sending us the package at your own expense.
